Event Description:
The Coulee Region Adult Day Center will be hosting their Third Annual Bowl-A-Thon Fundraiser on Saturday May 03rd, 2014. This will be a 9 pin tap event that also features a silent auction and raffle. This will be hosted at All Star Lanes in La Crosse with teams of five (5). Bowling starts at 12:00 p.m. Prizes to be awarded to the top three teams.
We are a day care serving elderly and disabled individuals in the Coulee Region and Monroe County area. We have a day center in both Onalaska and Sparta. We have been open almost three years and have been blessed with a growing population to serve. Along with different activities we do at the center, we also like to take our clients into the community to attend events and various recreational endeavors.
Therefore, we are holding our annual fundraiser at All Star Lanes in La Crosse to raise money to help finance our activities, events and trips. We are looking for either monetary donations or gifts to be used as prizes for our winners. Items donated could also be used in our silent auction or raffle. If it is possible we would appreciate gifts in increments of 5 so to be used as prizes to top teams that will feature 5 players.
A small portion of our proceeds will be donated to a local non-profit group. This year we have chosen True Blue programs with the Family and Children Center. The name True Blue is representative of the national symbol for child abuse prevention: the blue ribbon. Please check out our website or Facebook page. This would be a great opportunity to further a networking connection within our companies.
