Course meets state requirements for Food Manager Certification in Wisconsin and Minnesota utilizing the ServSafe curriculum. Upon successful completion, the student must apply to the state for certification. Textbook required at additional cost. PHOTO ID REQUIRED.

Date/Time Information:
Class will meet on Tuesday and Thursday, September 13th and 15th from 5:30-9:00pm. Exam will be held in La Crosse on Tuesday, September 20th at 5:30pm.
