Event Description:
This course meets the state requirement for Food Manager Certification in Wisconsin and Minnesota utilizing the ServSafe Curriculum. Book and exam code cost included in the registration fee. Training is offered at La Crosse campus and via zoom. Zoom participants will be required to pick up the book at La Crosse Campus prior to class. Test Date March 21 at 5:30 PM, must be in person on campus.
